Psychology of color in marketing comes in various forms and includes, colors that stimulate the mind and eye, colors that help you to focus on a specific area, and colors that entice the individual or group to take a certain action. You may be familiar with colors as being easy to think about and understand. But how about you find one that is so specific that it can be used by you to trigger responses, to motivate people, and to act as a method of attraction?
That would be the perfect example. It’s not difficult to visualize the many possibilities of colors to help stimulate interest, but it would be impossible to list them all in a short article. For example, if you are telling people how your business has helped other people, then you can tell a story about how they helped you get into business. When a person feels good about helping others, it is easier for them to buy your product.
- Use different colors to add flavor to your message. For example, if you are using words like “professional”reliable”, then use different colors. Sometimes it may seem easier to design things this way, but it may just come across as generic and boring to the reader.
The name of the color can really affect the way that a color is perceived. You will find that colors that have the same letters in them will be interpreted differently than those that do not.
If you find a color that you like, then try to imagine how it will stimulate the subconscious mind.
